Statement of Issue

The University Libraries establish circulation policies to ensure the availability of research materials for Wright State University faculty, staff and students. These policies apply to all materials owned by Wright State University or borrowed by Wright State University through Interlibrary Loan.

The Libraries offer free and unrestricted public access to the materials maintained by Wright State University as a depository for government publications.

Goals

To establish circulation policies for all library locations that are as consistent as possible for the benefit of faculty and students.

To comply with OhioLINK circulation policies.

To offer those not associated with Wright State University a means of using the resources of the University Libraries.

Borrowing Privileges and Restrictions

Borrowing privileges are granted to patrons by type of affiliation. A patron with more than one type of affiliation is granted the broadest privileges applicable. Each borrower is responsible for all library materials borrowed, and for any charges incurred by the use of the library card.
