Job Responsibilities:

As Coordinator of the Acquisitions Unit of the Technical Services Department, I supervise the placement and tracking of orders for library material. I also supervise the accounting functions for both serials and monographs. I supervise the receiving of material for the library and the receiving and delivery of the mail. I provide leadership for serials/binding and continuations, which includes check-in, claiming, database maintenance, processing, and preservation of serials as well as binding of other library materials. The Acquisition Unit is also the first point of contact for gifts to the University Libraries.
